Eingebettet zwischen Zugspitze und Sonnenspitze liegt unsere gemütliche Souterrain-Ferienwohnung in Lift-Nähe zur Ehrwalder Almbahn und mit Busanbindung direkt vor der Haustür.
Die behagliche Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen ( + Baby/Kleinkind unter 2) und wurde in der Wintersaison 2016 neu eröffnet.
Unser Vorteil bei 3 - 4 Gästen: Sie bewohnen eine gemeinsame Wohneinheit mit eigenem Eingang, nutzen jedoch den Vorteil von zwei separaten Doppelschlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Die gemeinsame Wohnküche ist hochwertig eingerichtet und verfügt über eine umfassende Küchenausstattung.
Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über zwei TVs (Wohnzimmer und DZ Zugspitze), sowie über kostenfreies WLAN.
Gemeinsamer Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung und zugleich Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sind hierdurch gegeben.
Im Wohnzimmer und DZ "Zugspitze" haben Sie Blick in den Garten - der im Sommer mit Spielmöglichkeiten und Spielgeräten für Kinder und einer kleinen Terrasse für unsere Gäste mit herrlichem Blick auf das Wettersteinmassiv lockt.
"Beim Laisi" bietet optimale Voraussetzungen für Ihren Aufenthalt: Die Ehrwalder Almbahn, eine Après Ski Alm und die Dorfmitte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür macht sie mobil um weitere Skigebiete, Loipen, das Zentrum mit Restaurants und Kletterhalle oder den Golfplatz zu erreichen. Die Benützung der Busse sind im Talkessel im Winter für Sie kostenlos.
Romantisch an Wildbach und Waldrand gelegen finden Sie hier neben Ruhe und Erholung auch ideale Ausgangspunkte für Wander-, Kletter- sowie MTB-Touren.
Um ihr Gepäck zu erleichtern sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher/Duschtücher und Tischwäsche, Toilettenpapier, Föhn, sowie Spülmittel & Tabs vorhanden. Je nach Länge des Aufenthaltes werden Hand-/Duschtücher gewechselt.
Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft sind mir ein großes Anliegen. Um die Erfüllung dieser Punkte bin ich stets bemüht, sollte es dennoch mal Beanstandungen oder Probleme geben, bin ich als Ihr Vermieter für sie da.

Natürlich ist unsere Ferienwohnung auch für 1 - 2 Personen + der Möglichkeit für 3 Personen mit Schlafcouch geeignet - in diesem Fall standardmäßig ohne das zweite DZ Zugspitze. Diese Option ist nur teilweise verfügbar.

Nestled between Zugspitze and Sonnenspitze is our cozy basement vacation apartment near the lift to Ehrwalder Almbahn and with bus connection right outside the front door.
The cozy apartment offers space for 4 people ( + baby / toddler under 2) and was newly opened in the winter season 2016.
Our advantage with 3 - 4 guests: you occupy a common living unit with its own entrance, but take advantage of two separate double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shared kitchen-living room is furnished to a high standard and has extensive kitchen equipment.
The apartment also has two TVs (living room and DZ Zugspitze), as well as free WLAN.
Common vacation in a vacation apartment and at the same time retreat possibilities are given by this.
In the living room and DZ "Zugspitze" you have a view into the garden - which in summer attracts with play facilities and playground equipment for children and a small terrace for our guests with a magnificent view of the Wetterstein massif.
"Beim Laisi" offers optimal conditions for your stay: the Ehrwalder Almbahn, an après ski alpine pasture and the village center can be reached in a few minutes on foot, the bus stop right outside the front door makes you mobile to reach other ski areas, cross-country ski trails, the center with restaurants and climbing hall or the golf course. The use of the buses are free of charge for you in the valley basin in winter.
Romantically situated on the edge of a stream and a forest, you will find peace and quiet as well as ideal starting points for hiking, climbing and MTB tours.
To facilitate their luggage are bed linen, towels / shower towels and table linen, toilet paper, hairdryer, as well as detergent & tabs available. Hand/shower towels are changed depending on the length of your stay.
Cleanliness and hospitality are of great concern to me. To the fulfillment of these points I am always endeavored, should there be nevertheless times complaints or problems, I am there as your landlord for them.
The photos give you an overview of our apartment, which was built with a lot of heart and soul.
Of course, our apartment is also suitable for 1 - 2 people + the possibility for 3 people with sofa bed - in this case by default without the second DZ Zugspitze. This option is only partially available.
I would be happy if they would always book privately with us, they will certainly not experience any disadvantages.
